  油淬火—回火。執行標准爲GB/T18983—2003。此類線材是彈簧制造企業用于冷成形工藝方式生産高應力彈簧的主要原材料,其特點是較高的抗拉強度和綜合耐久性能。目前,油淬火—回火彈簧鋼絲的深加工途徑有兩類,常用的是冷拔+油淬火—回火和韌化熱處理後冷拔形變+油淬火—回火熱處理。

  冷拔+油淬火—回火。這類冷拔預處理加熱處理是彈簧線材較爲廣泛的深加工方式,也是冷卷成形彈簧的主要原材料交貨狀態。目前既有專業的生産企業如上海中煉、中鋼院中試等,也有彈簧制造企業自己生産。此工藝方式通常用于較大線徑(Φ8—16mm)鋼絲。實際上,現在的油淬火—回火熱處理中有油淬火也有水淬火,淬火加熱方式有輻射加熱,也有感應加熱,各有利弊,關鍵是最終輸出的線材技術質量,批量生産爲高級線徑8—16mm的油淬火—回火的線材的技術指標已達到Rm2100MPa,Ψ≥35%、表面粗糙度Rz35μm、表面脫碳最深30μm,晶粒度≥10級。常用的高應力彈簧油淬火—回火材料爲Rm2000MPa,Ψ≥40%、表面粗糙度Rz50μm,表面脫碳最深50μm、晶粒度≥10級。普通應用的彈簧油淬火—回火材料爲Rm1800—1900MPa,Ψ≥40%,表面缺陷深度≤200μm、表面脫碳最深100μm、晶粒度≥7級,線材熱處理的質量提升空間還很大。

  調質處理+冷拔形變+油淬火—回火。這種深加工工藝主要用于彈簧産品技術質量要求高、線徑較細Φ2—6mm的高應力彈簧,經過此工藝深加工,線材具有更高的綜合機械性能,強度、塑性、硬度、韌性和疲勞性能都得到提高。彈簧專業制造企業主要將此類材料用于汽車、內燃機等動力總成系統中的重要彈簧,如:氣門彈簧、變速箱彈簧、離合器彈簧等,其特點是強度高(Rm2200MPa),表面質量好、無脫碳、表面缺陷Rz12μm。
